Step 1 – Gather Ancient Debris
Ancient Debris is the only source of Netherite. To find it efficiently:

- Use a diamond or netherite pickaxe with the Fortune III enchantment to increase drop rates.
- Mine in a branch pattern: create a 2‑block wide tunnel and dig side branches every 3 blocks.

Step 2 – Smelt to Netherite Scrap
Place the Ancient Debris in a furnace, blast furnace, or smoker. Each block yields one Netherite Scrap. To speed up the process, use a blast furnace with a fuel source such as blaze rods.
Example smelting setup:
- 10 blast furnaces running simultaneously.
- Each furnace fed with 1 Ancient Debris and 1 blaze rod.
